WHAT IS BADGE DAY? Badge Day is an opportunity for Cubs to be able to earn some of the interest badges available to them that they would not normally have time to do at Cubs and may be difficult to complete at home in their own time. This day is for all Cub Scouts in Whitehorse District and involves Cubs and Leaders from all Packs. DATE: Sunday 19th August 2012. TIME: 9.00am – 4.00pm – or part thereof. VENUE: 2nd Blackburn Scout Hall. REGISTER by 10th August online - http://www.vicscouts.com.au/whitehorse-district-badge-day.html 34 Pakenham Street, Blackburn (Melways 47 H11). In car park east of Laburnum Primary School & across the road from Blackburn Bowls Club. $5 for a single session, or $10 for two or more sessions and lunch (sausage sizzle & drink). Full uniform including scarf, jumper/jacket as required. 1. Permission and Health form* – no form – no entry. 2. Badge Requirements Checklist* for each badge being undertaken with Cubs name & group printed at top. 3. Day pack – to collect any items made on the day. 4. Water bottle – filled. 5.
