Unit Council

The Unit Council is a body composed of the Patrol Leaders, and if desired, the Assistant Patrol Leaders, who meet regularly (once or twice a term) with the Scout Leaders who act in an advisory capacity.

The Unit Council is responsible for broad program planning (including program ideas and execution), routine Unit management (placement of Scouts into Patrols) and for the policies and operations of the Unit (including any disciplinary matters) which are within the capacity and experience of the scouts.
