All adults that come into contact with our youth members need to have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) card.
For both new applications and renewals of your Working With Children Card, go to the WWCC website.Â

Use codes 10 and 42 on their WWCC application.

Adults are generally classified as one of:
Visitors - adhoc attendance not more than 4 times per year
Contributors - includes rostered parents and committee members
Supporters - adults staying overnight and committee members with Extranet access
Leaders - uniformed adults.
Visitors are only required to hold a Working With Children Check card.
All other adults need to be registered with Scouts Victoria. This process is organised via the Group Leader. Once you are registered you will also need to complete three brief online learning modules:
Adult Code of Conduct
Child Safe Scouting
WHS for Scouting.
Contributors and Supporters can only be involved in youth member activities in the presence of a Leader.
Supporters and Leaders are also required to undergo a police check and referee checks.
