Team App

What is Team App?

Team App (also known as Stack Team App) is a mobile platform designed to streamline communication, scheduling, and management for sports teams, clubs, and social groups.  We use Team App as a way of communicating the details of our program and any other events.

The only information we hold on Team App, is the name of the youth member plus the youth member's parents/guardians. For parents/guardians we just need to hold their name and email address - the email address is used as the login to Team App.

Both parents/guardians can have Team App accounts and they can both be linked to multiple youth members.

Why Team App?

Team App provides a number of benefits both for parents and leaders:

• • it provides a central location for all information relating to 1st Heatherdale

  • it allows for automated reminders

  • it is safe and not accessible to the general public

  • it provides a credit card mechanism when paying for camps, etc. 

How do I get Team App?

Team App can be accessed via an app (Stack Team App) you download to your iPad, iPhone or Android smartphone. It is also available via a browser on your computer - https://1stheatherdale.teamapp.com. All of this at no cost to you.

What about medical information?

There is no medical information held on Team App. We hold paper based copies of a member's Operoo profile (if they had one) or a copy of the Personal Information Record (PIR) form.

If you need to update a youth member's medical information, please complete/update your copy of the PIR, print it and provide a copy to the leaders.
