Hall Cleaning

As caretakers of the 1st Heatherdale Scout Hall, it is our responsibility to keep the hall clean and tidy. To accomplish this, a duty roster has been established for families to perform the various tasks.

Each week there will be one family to do the cleaning tasks.

You will only be rostered on once per year.

Encouraging the whole family to come along and perform this duty will help the Joeys, Cubs and Scouts to develop a sense of pride and responsibility. Also many hands make light work! 

Hall cleaning is to be completed on Friday, Saturday or Sundays during the day.

Cleaning Tasks:

• Clean/disinfect toilets and hand basins

• Stock toilets with toilet paper

• Clean and disinfect kitchen

• Wipe down all kitchen benches and sinks

• Sweep all floors (kitchen, toilets, front hall and back hall)

• Wash kitchen and toilet floors 

All cleaning equipment and consumables are supplied.
